What is SCEIG?
The Small Communities Environmental Infrastructure Group (SCEIG) is an association of federal and state agencies, local governments and groups, service organizations, and educational institutions designed to help small communities in meeting their environmental infrastructure needs.
Informational Session and Finance Committee Meeting
A regional session highlighting resources that SCEIG can provide to help communities with technical assistance, financing and planning for their infrastructure will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Eastgate Regional Council of Governments, City Centre One Building, 100 East Federal Street, Suite 1000, Youngstown, OH 44503. Community leaders interested in exploring funding options for infrastructure projects are encouraged to attend. Following the funding presentation and Q & A period, a Finance Committee meeting will immediately convene for communities currently planning public drinking water and sewer utilities projects.
